The Challenge

TickShop is the first content e-commerce platform in Australia specialising in furniture, home decoration, pet supplies and creative gifts. Despite an offline showroom, the brand struggled to gain traction on social media. They needed to grow their online presence, attract followers, and turn social into a real growth channel.

The Solution

We ran a two-month integrated campaign across 16 social accounts. The team layered creative entertainment auctions and live streams to drive engagement, customised product videos that put the unique features of TickShop's range front-and-centre, and partnered with Australian creators across rednote, Instagram and TikTok to amplify reach. We also helped reshape the in-store layout so visiting customers became part of the social story.

The Result

More than 300% follower growth and 800,000+ views during the campaign window. Their main account on rednote gained 3,000 followers; one post crossed 900 likes. For a start-up brand, the numbers were category-leading.
